Raverge Return Policy

At Raverge, every product is made to order using a print-on-demand system. Because each item is custom created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed with the wrong size, color, or design choice. Please make sure to check our size guides carefully before ordering.

However, we want you to receive exactly what you paid for.
We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the defect

Once approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.

2. Lost in Transit

If your order never arrives or tracking does not update for an extended period, please reach out. After investigation with our fulfillment partner, we will replace your item at no extra cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color differences due to screen/monitor variations

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after purchase, orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, production starts and we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Since POD products are made uniquely per order, we cannot resell returned items, which is why these cases are not eligible.
